Engineering Model and Flight Unit Peer Reviews

During 2003 and 2004, the FSW Team hosted peer review teams assembled by LAT Project Management for one- and two-day review sessions focusing on the design, implementation, and ongoing development status of the LAT FSW. During these sessions, the reviewers were asked to evaluate the maturity of the design, techniques for implementing the design, adherence to specification, and plans for test and verification.

Monthly Functional Demonstrations

Starting in 2004, the FSW Team used functional demonstrations to provide visibility to the state of software development. A guidebook, a short presentation, and related documentation were used to describe the context and goals of each demonstration.
